Walnut is a dense hardwood, long prized as one of the most desirable woods in furniture making and cabinetry. Most commercially available walnut is steamed, resulting in a somewhat washed out, if consistent, color scheme. 

We sell 22 x 10 Charcuterie Boards on our Edge Grain page. Sometimes we have to trim a board down for one reason or another. So these are either a little thinner or a little shorter than our normal 22 x 10. These make great bread boards as well as charcuterie boards. We recommend cutting on the bottom side and displaying the food on the top.

We have 5 in stock. We've only photographed one, but they are all similar. This picture is representative only. You will get one of the 5, but it might not be this one. The largest of these 5 is 22 x 9 1/4.
