247-1 Maple 22 x 16 x 2 with Finger Grooves, Juice Groove & Feet

Occasionally we have a pretty board that has a few more voids or mineral streaks than we'd like to see on what we consider our premium boards. As we know from Wisdom Behind the Wood, almost all Maple has mineral streaks. It is the nature of Maple. We try to minimize them when we can, but they don't affect quality, form or function. But we give them a little discount because they might not match everyone's personal aesthetic preference.


We debated on this one. There aren't really mineral marks on this board. It's just that the grain looks a little smudged in the middle and we didn't think all tastes would love. it. We think it's cool!

This board already comes equipped with Finger Grooves and a Juice Groove. Engraving is also available for a small fee.

Feet have already been installed on this board.

Maple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit! All cutting boards need to be oiled to full saturation, but especially maple!
